We finally got some rainfall which freshened the air outside and thirsty plants were overjoyed, I’m sure. The initial cold front was lackluster in rainfall totals locally with only a tenth of an inch measured in Vancouver as of early afternoon Wednesday. However, heavy showers were looming to our west and rain amounts were expected to rise upward to perhaps one half-inch in some wetter locations.
